The DJI Inspire 1

I thought I will share the actual DJI Inspire 1 with you after having reviewed the WLToys Q333. By the way, DJI refers to Dà-Jiāng Innovations Science and Technology Co., Ltd, a Chinese technology company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It manufactures unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for aerial photography and videography, gimbals, flight platforms, cameras, propulsion systems, camera stabilizers, and flight controllers.

The Inspire 1, launched some time in 2015, is exceptional in that it can actually raise its propellers by swinging its ‘arms’ thereby eradicating the sight of propellers as you are recording videos. This allows you to shoot 360 degrees video without obstruction. Its specifications are as follows:
Weight – 2.94kg
Battery – 6S 57000mAh 22.8V Lipo
Flight endurance – 18 to 22 mins
Distance – 2km
Altitude – 4500m
Speed – 50 km/hr
Video – 4K (12mp)

The Inspire would probably fall in the intermediary level of quad-copters and for someone who is very serious about aerial photography. The Inspire 1 is extremely easy to fly, although some say its not for beginners. Its currently priced from RM8,699.00 in Lazada. Check out the following video
